本研究应用图像分析技术,对肝细胞不典型增生(LCD)DNA含量及其形态特征,包括核面积、核周长、核最大直径及核等圓度直径,进行了定量测定。结果显示,与正常肝细胞相对照,LCD DNA含量水平明显增高,其细胞群体DNA含量的分布范围明显增宽;细胞核形态特征定量参数明显增大,但多介于正常肝细胞与肝癌细胞之间;LCD的核不规则指数(IN)也未达到肝癌细胞核的程度。提示LCD是一种处于异常增殖状态的癌前病变。
In this study, image analysis techniques were used to quantitatively measure DNA content and morphological characteristics of hepatocyte atypical hyperplasia (LCD), including nuclear area, nuclear perimeter, maximum diameter of nucleus, and roundness diameter of nucleus. The results showed that compared with normal liver cells, the level of LCD DNA was significantly increased, the distribution range of the DNA content of the cell population was significantly wider, and the quantitative parameters of the nuclear morphological characteristics were significantly increased, but were mostly between normal liver cells and liver cancer cells. The nuclear irregularity index (IN) of the LCD also did not reach the extent of liver cancer cell nuclei. Tip The LCD is a precancerous lesion that is in abnormal proliferation.
