随着社会经济的发展,需要有与之相适应的国民素质的提高,特别是在社会主义市场经济条件下,更需要社会主义道德建设的不断加强。邓小平同志指出:“在抓物质文明建设的同时,不忘精神文明建设。”可见,强化社会主义的道德建设至关重要。应当看到,我国的公共道德教育滞后于经济的发展,社会公共道德的水平和国民生活水平的提高也并未成正比,这是我国较严重的社会问题。
With the socio-economic development, it is necessary to have appropriate measures to improve the quality of the Chinese people. In particular, under the conditions of a socialist market economy, the building of socialist morals needs to be further strengthened. Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out: “While building material civilization, we should not forget the construction of spiritual civilization.” Thus, it is of crucial importance to strengthen the moral construction of socialism. It should be noted that our country’s public moral education lags behind economic development, and the level of social public morality is not directly proportional to the improvement of the living standards of the Chinese people. This is a more serious social problem in our country.
