作者观察了反复感染犬钩虫的免疫鼠和单次感染的非免疫鼠的不同时期血清蛋白的变化。140只体重20~23克小鼠,雌雄各半均分成7组,每组接种幼虫的数量和次数分配如下:免疫组:A 1,000(500+500) 、B2,000(500+500+1,000) 、C7,750(250+500+1,000+2,000+4,000) ,每次接种间隔时间为一周。非免疫组:D500、 E1,000、 F2,000和 G 4,000。各组自接种每隔3天自2只小鼠的心脏取血并作免疫电泳测定,全部数据均用统计学处理。结果:免疫组和非免疫组的β-球蛋白相对浓度增高以及由于白蛋白减少而导致
The authors observed changes in serum proteins at different stages of immunized mice infected with canine hookworm and those infected with a single infection. 140 mice weighing 20-23 g were divided into 7 groups according to the number of the larvae in each group and the frequency of immunization: A 1,000 (500 + 500), B2,000 (500 + 500 + 1,000) , C7,750 (250 + 500 + 1,000 + 2,000 + 4,000), each vaccination interval for a week. Non-immune groups: D500, El, F2,000 and G 4,000. Blood was drawn from the hearts of 2 mice every 3 days from immunization in each group and subjected to immunoelectrophoresis.
