本文报道了灰树花菌丝体的深层发酵及有效成 分提取和分析。分别从菌丝体及发酵清液中提取得到了 灰树花多糖和胞外多糖,同时还测定了菌丝体成分:灰树 花多糖7.82%,蛋白质21.7%.总糖57.2%,灰分 6.05%,其中菌丝体灰树花多糖及总糖含量明显高于子 实体。
This paper reports the deep fermentation of M. grifola frondosa and the extraction and analysis of its active ingredients. Grifola frondosa polysaccharides and extracellular polysaccharides were extracted from mycelium and fermentation supernatant respectively. The mycelium composition was also determined: 7.82% of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide and 21.7% of protein. Total sugar 57.2%, 6.05% ash, of which mycelium Grifola frondosa polysaccharide and total sugar content was significantly higher than the fruiting bodies.
