地下工程围岩稳定学术讨论暨岩石力学情报网第三次会议于1980年4月1日至10日在成都召开。出席会议的代表来自68个单位、共150余人。会议交流文件共108份。会议特邀中国科学院地球物理研究所陈宗基教授及电力部水电总局潘家铮副总工程师做了学术报告。会议讨论专题为:
The Third Conference on Stability of Surrounding Rocks of Underground Engineering and Rock Mechanics Information Network was held in Chengdu from April 1st to April 10th, 1980. Delegates attending the conference came from 68 units and a total of more than 150 people. A total of 108 documents were exchanged for the meeting. The meeting specially invited Prof. Chen Zongji of the Institute of Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Deputy Chief Engineer of the General Administration of Water Resources of the Ministry of Power to give an academic report.
