随着我国经济的飞速发展和人们生活水平的逐渐提高,我国旅游业迅速发展。然而目前具有现代化的管理知识和专业性强的旅游业服务队伍还未建设起来,相关的实用性专业人才还比较匮乏。这也为中职旅游专业的发展提供了契机,中职院校要本着以人为本的原则,侧重培养学生的实践能力。项目教学法与案例教学法可以很好地培养学生的实践能力,提高教学质量。教师一定要了解行动导向教学法的内涵,这样才能很好地在教学中加以运用。授课时要善于引导学生发现学习乐趣,观察学生的接受能力和理解能力。通过分析项目教学法与案例教学法在中职旅游专业教学中的具体应用,希望对中职旅游专业教学有所帮助。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the gradual improvement of people’s living standards, China’s tourism industry has developed rapidly. However, the tourism service team with modern management knowledge and professionalism has not yet been constructed yet, and relevant practical professionals are still scarcer. This also provides an opportunity for the development of tourism major in secondary vocational schools, vocational colleges should be based on the principle of people-oriented, focusing on training students practical ability. Project teaching method and case teaching method can well cultivate students’ practical ability and improve teaching quality. Teachers must understand the meaning of action-oriented pedagogy, so that they can be well used in teaching. Teaching should be good at guiding students to discover the fun of learning to observe the students’ ability to accept and understand. By analyzing the specific application of the project teaching method and case teaching method in secondary vocational tourism teaching, I hope it will be helpful to secondary vocational tourism teaching.
