The re-emergence of the private economy at the present stage in our country has aroused people’s profound rethinking of their thinking and theory. Many of them commented that the rise of a privately-owned economy with a capitalist character is in some ways contradictory to the traditional theory of socialism and even the new theoretical point of view that we have created since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Government. How to make sense in theory, there are question marks in people’s minds, cast doubt on their eyes. It seems that in order to get the private economy smoothly and healthily developed so that it can truly become a vital force in the active economic activities of our country and solve some puzzles existing in people’s ideology, it is imperative.
