由于民族政治、国家政治和全球政治并存发展的历史还会很久远,因此任何想用国家政治消灭民族政治、用全球政治代替国家政治,或者反过来用民族政治阻碍国家政治的发展,用国家政治阻拦全球政治的发展,都是行不通的。在相当长的时期内,国家政策必须承认这三重政治的并存事实,并根据形势的发展需要,调整好三重政治的关系,才能制定好对内对外的重大政策;否则将会出大问题。所以,偏激的民族主义、片面的国家主义、激进的全球主义,都是错误的与不可取的。
