患者女,53岁。右上腹肿块3个月。患者缘于3个月前无意中发现右上腹肿块,无明显腹痛、腹泻,无腰酸、腰痛,无肉眼血尿、泡沫尿,无尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状,无畏寒、发热,无午后低热及盗汗现象,发现肿块逐渐增大,遂来本院就诊,入院体检:腹平软,全腹无明显压痛,无反跳痛,肋下3cm可扪及囊性肿块,质中,轻压痛,活动度差,边界不清。
