电力调度机构是电网的指挥中心,承担着电网安全运行的重要任务。一些传统的调度工作理念逐渐对电网发展带来的新问题表现出不适应,加大了安全风险,降低了工作效率。调度人员适时转变观念,形成新的工作理念、高效、灵活调度,扩大调度的时间和空间尺度,有效实现广义调度。
The power dispatch agency is the command center of the power grid and undertakes the important task of ensuring the safe operation of the power grid.
