随着对肾活检临床实用价值观点发生了分歧,人们期望用非创伤性检查手段预测病理类型。近年来国外有学者根据临床指征应用判别分析方法推断病理类型。我们应用数理统计多因素分析方法探讨了MsPGN、MPGN、FGS三种主要病理类型与多种临床特征在数量上的依赖关系,提出了数量化标准,旨在不经肾活检预测某些病理类型。材料和方法原发性肾小球疾病(PGD)73例,男54岁、女19例。平均年龄23岁,均经肾穿刺活检明
With the clinical practical value of renal biopsy divergence occurs, people expect to use non-invasive examination means to predict the pathological type. In recent years, foreign scholars based on clinical indications using discriminant analysis to infer the pathological type. We investigated the quantitative dependence of the three major pathological types of MsPGN, MPGN, FGS and various clinical features using the multivariate analysis of mathematical statistics.
