HP公司于3月份推出一种面向中小企业的HP NetServer系统,它集中了备份、简便的管理、增强的性能和对指定分销商的支持服务等众多优点。NetServerE50将于5月初在中国上市。在服务器家族中,新型的E50系统将包括Pentium Ⅱ300和333MHZ处理器、SCSI控制器和7200RPM捆绑式驱动器,它为中小型商用客户提供了完整的集中备份解决方案。该解决方案同时包括为服务器提供的HPTopTools和以前仅用于L系列服务器的基于网络的PC管理系统。TopTools的加入使HP分销商对其客户的远程管理和维护更为便利。
In March, HP introduced an HP NetServer system for small and medium-sized businesses that combines many advantages such as backup, easy management, enhanced performance, and support for designated distributors. NetServerE50 will be listed in China in early May. In the server family, the new E50 system will include Pentium II 300 and 333 MHz processors, SCSI controllers, and 7200-RPM bundled drives, providing a complete, centralized backup solution for small and medium-sized commercial customers. The solution includes both HP TopTools for servers and a web-based PC management system previously used only for L-series servers. The addition of TopTools makes it easier for HP distributors to remotely manage and maintain their customers.
