1992年8月12日至18日,天津市图书馆学会主办的“图书馆深化改革专题研讨会”在北戴河召开。会议共收到论文49篇。来自全市各个系统的图书馆代表近40人出席了会议。通过大会发言,小组讨论和自由研讨。就图书馆深化改革以及公共、高校、科研三大系统改革面临着的一些重大问题进行了热烈的讨论。代表们根据各单位近年来改革的实际情况,理论联系实际,使会议开得生动活泼、高潮迭起。
From August 12 to August 18, 1992, the “Library Deepening Reform Symposium” hosted by the Tianjin Library Association was held in Beidaihe. The conference received a total of 49 papers.
