2013年10月15日,国务院印发《关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见》。将遏制重复建设、化解产能严重过剩矛盾工作列入地方政府政绩考核指标体系。
On October 15, 2013, the State Council printed and issued the Guiding Opinions on Resolving the Conflicts of Serious Overcapacity. To curb duplication of construction, to resolve the problem of serious overcapacity into the local government performance appraisal index system.
