目的与MR快速自旋回波成像比较,评价MR扩散(DW)成像在检测头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)转移结节的作用。方法本研究获得伦理委员会批准,病人签署书面知情同意。外科手术前,33例病人接受1.5T MRI检查,包括宽b值(0~1000s/mm2)的DWI。测量短径≥4mm淋巴结、b值范围为0和1000s/mm2时的表观扩散系数(ADC)。所有淋巴结进行前角蛋白免疫染色,在显微镜下对其评估,并结合ADC图,判断区别淋巴结良恶性的最适ADC值。
Objective To evaluate the role of MR diffusion imaging (DWI) in the detection of metastatic nodules in squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck (HNSCC) compared with MR rapid spin echo imaging. Methods The study was approved by Ethics Committee and patients signed written informed consent. Prior to surgery, 33 patients underwent 1.5T MRI examination, including a wide b-value (0 ~ 1000s / mm2) DWI. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) was measured for lymph nodes with a minor diameter ≥ 4 mm at a b value of 0 and 1000 s / mm 2. All lymph nodes were subjected to anterior keratin immunostaining, evaluated under a microscope, and combined with ADC maps to determine the optimal ADC value for differentiating between benign and malignant lymph nodes.
