现在项目管理的发展与应用,已使其管理思想、管理理念、管理模式和管理方法具有更为广泛的影响力。实践证明,现代工程项目日益复杂化和多样化,使得其管理过程具有不确定性、动态性和多级控制等特点,一般在规定时间内不易圆满完成特定任务和实现项目目标,即项目管理总与问题和挑战不可分割。例如针对工程项目建设的目标要求和项目管理的复杂系统,如何进行有效的项目控制,就成为项目管理的核心问题之一。此外,冲突是项目的必然产物,而且存在于项目组织的任何层次,必须以协调来解决,因此,项目协调也成为项目管理中最为引人关注的课题之一。本文以项目管理的控制与协调为主线,研究项目实施过程中的控制技术与协调技术,以适应现代项目管理的实际需求。
