不同工艺规范的离子束、电子束,原子束结合沉积NiCoCrAlYZrO_2·Y_2O_3热障复合涂层试样进行了1000℃ 300小时等温氧化及金相、电子探针、XRD分析。结果表明,沉积的涂膜具有优良的抗氧化性能,基体缺陷导致涂膜局部剥落是本试样涂层高温氧化失效的原因。
The NiCoCrAlYZrO_2 · Y_2O_3 thermal barrier composite coatings with ion beam, electron beam and atomic beam deposition under different technological conditions were subjected to isothermal oxidation at 300 ℃ in 300 ℃ for 3 hours and analyzed by XRD and XRD. The results show that the deposited coating has excellent oxidation resistance. The local flaking of the coating caused by the substrate defects is the cause of the high temperature oxidation failure of the coating.
