本文以素质教育为主线,以能力培养为重点,探索新的实践教学内容和手段,体现以学生为本、因材施教的教学理念。在人才培养方案中对电气信息类专业主要学科基础课实验独立设课,优化实验教学内容,完善实验课程的设置。灵活实施实验教学,加强学生自主管理,采取开放式实验教学新模式。采用以学生为主的、实现差异化的、开放式的教学方法。多途径培养高素质教学师资队伍。通过自制仪器、学生学科竞赛获奖、省精品课程、“十一五”国家规划教材和省精品教材、教研论文、学生发表论文和教学成果等形式在全国形成了较好的影响和较大的覆盖面。
