服用藿香正气水所致过敏者,实为临床少见,现报告一例如下。刘××,女,二十二岁,患者胃脘部阵发性疼痛壹周。于八五年一月二十三日步行入院。入院后经服用中药汤剂治疗,病情稳定,于二月一日晚八时,患者自述:今晨食后感受风寒,加之外出劳累一天,出现胃脘部痛剧烈,伴恶心,欲呕。查,脉象浮弦而缓,舌质淡红,苔白薄。服藿香正气水一瓶(系江苏产),服后二十分钟左右,腰以上出现
Taking allergies caused by Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Shui is rare in clinical practice. One case is reported below. Liu × ×, female, 22 years old, suffered from paroxysmal pain in the epigastric area. He was admitted to the hospital on January 23, 1985. After admission, he was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The condition was stable. At 8 pm on February 1st, the patient reported that he felt cold after the morning meal and had to work hard for one day. He experienced severe epigastric pain, nausea, and vomiting. Investigated that the pulse was slow and gentle, the tongue was light red, and the white fur was thin. Serve a bottle of Huoxiangzhengqi (made in Jiangsu), about twenty minutes after serving, appearing above the waist
