用表面裂纹法测定了37SiMnCrMoV、28Cr3SiNiMoWVA和30Cr3SiNiMoVA钢的应力腐蚀开裂特性。三种钢在回火马氏体的高强度状态下以28钢具有最高的应力腐蚀临界应力强度值,Kiscc=126.6kg/mm~(3/2),30钢次之,Kissc=73.0kg/mm~(3/2),37钢最差,Kiscc=54.5kg/mm~(3/2)。三者之Kiscc/Kic比值分别为0.49,0.28,0.29。尽管28钢之强度水平较37钢低约10公斤/毫米~2,但是抗应力腐蚀开裂性能则遥遥领先。这一性能对于用超高强度钢制成高压容器在防止水压试验和贮存中的低应力破断具有十分重要的意义。因而,28钢是一个值得深入研究和推广应用的钢种。
The stress corrosion cracking characteristics of 37SiMnCrMoV, 28Cr3SiNiMoWVA and 30Cr3SiNiMoVA steels were measured by surface crack method. The three kinds of steels have the highest critical stress intensity value of stress corrosion in the high strength state of tempered martensite, Kiscc = 126.6kg / mm ~ (3/2), 30steel second, Kissc = 73.0kg / mm ~ (3/2), 37 steel worst, Kiscc = 54.5kg / mm ~ (3/2). Kiscc / Kic ratio of the three were 0.49,0.28,0.29. Although the strength of 28 steel is about 10 kg / mm 2 lower than that of 37 steel, its resistance to stress corrosion cracking is far ahead. This performance is of great importance to the high pressure vessel made of ultra-high strength steel to prevent low-stress fracture in the hydrostatic test and storage. Therefore, 28 steel is a steel that deserves further study and promotion.
