一、坚决贯彻执行卫生工作的基本方针 在七届全国人大四次会议上通过的我国《国民经济和社会发展十年规划和“八五”计划》中,在总结建国以来卫生工作宝贵经验的基础上,根据国际国内卫生工作的新发展,确定我国新时期卫生工作应“贯彻预防为主,依靠科技进步,动员全社会参与,中西医并重,为人民健康服务的方针,同时把医疗卫生工作的重点放在农村”。这是五十年代制定的卫生工作方针的继承和发展,对于新时期卫生工作的发展和改革,具有重要的指导
I.
