本文阐述了采用有限元混合法对柴油机连杆大端及齿面进行弹性接触分析的结果。该法可较精确地求得连杆在不同负荷下大端孔的变形及应力状态,给出齿面的变形、错位和磨损的情况。由此可查明连杆齿根断裂、瓦背发黑、螺栓断裂、盖裂损以及齿面微振磨损破坏等各种故障的起因,合理地选择螺栓预紧力、连杆瓦装配应力、连杆大端外形、齿面的形状和尺寸等参数。文末还提出了连杆合理设计的一些补充因素。
In this paper, the results of the elastic contact analysis of the large end and the tooth surface of diesel engine connecting rod by the finite element method are described. The method can calculate the deformation and stress state of the connecting rod under the large load with different loads, and give the deformation, dislocation and wear of the tooth flank. This can identify the root of the connecting rod fracture, black back tile, bolt rupture, cover crack damage and fretting wear and tear of the tooth surface and other causes of failure, a reasonable choice of bolt preload, connecting rod assembly stress, Connecting rod big end shape, tooth surface shape and size and other parameters. At the end of the article, some supplementary factors for rational design of connecting rod are also put forward.
