将心理学的理论用于班级构建,以形成一个完整的集体,以及将心理学用于日后的班级管理,都可以使得班级管理工作更加科学,符合规律,获得事半功倍的效果。本文阐述如何将心理学用于建班初期的构建共同体、选举学生领导团队,班级日常管理中的个性化教育和团体辅导的策略。实践证明,班主任结合学生的心理需求和个性特点有助于班干部选拔和班级个性化谈话工作的开展,运用心理学技术开展班级团体辅导是解决班级问题的有效途径之一。
Applying the theory of psychology to class construction to form a complete collective and applying psychology to future class management can make the class management more scientific and law-compliant with a multiplier effect. This article describes how psychology can be used to build communities in the early stages of building a class, to elect student leadership teams, and to personalize education and group counseling strategies in class day-to-day management. Practice has proved that the class teacher combined with the psychological needs and personality characteristics of students is conducive to the class cadre selection and class personalized conversation, the use of psychology technology to carry out class counseling is an effective way to solve the class problem.
