中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土学会第三届暨第四届理事会议于1995年11月29至30日在北京中国建筑科学研究院召开,,出席会议的有来自全国各地的新老理事近60人,本会付秘书长罗祥麟参加了会议.会议由第三届理事会理事长夏靖华主持,由他首先作“第三届砼及预应力砼分科学会工作报告”,接着由各专业委员会代表分别对近几年的工作做了汇报,并介绍了各领域的国内外发展近况.会议进行了换届改选工作,选出第四届理事共75人,更新理事约为2/3,吸收了各专业委员会的负责人参加,其中设计与施工单位的理事约占50%.根据第三届理事会推荐的候选
The 3rd and 4th Board Meeting of the Society of Concrete Engineered and Prestressed Concrete of the China Civil Engineering Society was held on November 29-30, 1995 at the China Academy of Building Research, Beijing. The meeting was attended by new and old directors from across the country. For 60 people, this Council paid the sum to Secretary-General Luo Xianglin and attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xia Jinghua, Chairman of the Third Board of Directors. He first worked as the “Report on the Third Session of the Pre-stressed Science and Technology Division,” followed by professional committees.
