随着市场经济的发展,对建筑业的要求越来越高,建筑施工的分工也越来越细。建筑装饰施工逐渐从土建施工中分离出来,成为一个新兴的建筑行业。本文首先分析建筑装饰工程项目管理的必然性,在此基础上阐述了建筑装饰工程的施工特点,最后结合广州白云国际会议中心建筑装饰工程进行了具体的叙述。
With the development of market economy, the demand for the construction industry is getting higher and higher, and the division of labor in construction is also getting smaller and smaller. Construction and decoration gradually separated from the construction of civil works to become a new construction industry. This article first analyzes the inevitability of building decoration project management, and then elaborates the construction characteristics of building decoration project. Finally, it makes a concrete description with the architectural decoration project of Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center.
