纪念医院1974年5月～1984年6月10年间收治成人急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)57例。其中男27例、女30例,年龄中位数35岁,有12例>50岁。44例为典型 APL、13例为细颗粒型(M_3变异型)。大多致病人白细胞和血小板减少,1/3病人白细胞>10000/μl,在治疗前,所有血小板<100000/μl 的病人均有瘀斑、大多数还有粘膜出血。18例有胃肠道出血或血尿。24例绝经前妇女有15例月经过多。
Memorial Hospital from May 1974 to June 1984 10 years admitted to adult acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) in 57 cases. There were 27 males and 30 females, the median age was 35 years old, 12 cases> 50 years old. 44 cases were typical APL, 13 cases were fine granular type (M_3 variant). Most of the patients with leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, 1/3 patients with white blood cells> 10000 / l, before treatment, all platelets <100000 / l of patients have ecchymosis, the majority of mucosal bleeding. 18 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding or hematuria. Of the 24 premenopausal women, 15 had menorrhagia.
