采用溶液共混法制备了一系列不同比例的硝化棉(NC)/端羟基聚醚(HTPE)共混聚合物,并着重探讨了共混体系的相容性、动态力学性能及分子间的相互作用力。研究结果表明:当w(NC)<80%(相对于共混物总质量而言)时,不同配比的NC/HTPE共混物有2个介于原组分之间的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),说明NC/HTPE体系是部分相容体系;共混物官能团的特征峰向低波数移动,说明NC和HTPE之间存在一定的氢键作用力。
A series of nitrocellulose (NC) / hydroxyl terminated polyether (HTPE) polymer blends were prepared by solution blending method. The compatibility, dynamic mechanical properties and intermolecular interactions Force. The results show that when w (NC) <80% (relative to the total mass of the blend), NC / HTPE blends with different proportions have 2 glass transition temperatures between the original components (Tg), indicating that the NC / HTPE system is a partially compatible system; the characteristic peak of the functional groups of the blend shifts to a low wavenumber, indicating that there is a certain hydrogen bonding force between NC and HTPE.
