在批林批孔运动的推动下,在“鞍钢宪法”精神指引下,我国焊接生产正沿着毛主席的无产阶级革命路线迅猛发展。二氧化碳气体保护焊就是我国目前生产发展中的一项先进技术,我厂过去曾作过试验,但由于缺乏组织领导和认真总结经验,未能坚持到底。而近两年来,我厂担任电站管道补偿器(该产品钢板厚为2mm)生产任务,从而急需二氧化碳气体保护焊这项先进技术。为此,我厂和沈阳机电学院实行厂校结合,在厂校党委的正确领导下,组成了以工人为主体的三结合小组,从一九七四年十月份开始研制NBC—350型二氧化碳气体保护半自动焊机,于一九七五年三月样机试制成功,并经试运进行技术鉴定,实践证明效果良好,这是毛主席革命路线的又一伟大胜利。

To this end, I plant and the Shenyang Institute of Electrical and Mechanical implemented a combination of factories, schools in the correct leadership of party committees, formed the workers as the main body of the three combined groups, from 1974 July began developing NBC-350 type carbon dioxide gas The protection of semi-automatic welding machine was successfully prototyped in March 1975 and passed the trial operation for technical appraisal. Practice proved to be effective and this is another great victory of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line.
