目的:探讨医院财务管理工作中存在的问题及对策。方法:对医院的财务管理工作中存在的问题进行分析研究,针对工作中出现及可能出现的问题探寻出相应的解决预防措施。结果:医院财务管理是维持医院正常运转的一项重要工作,然而目前医院财务管理仍未得到足够的重视,医院资金管理不科学、不规范,财务管理人员缺乏足够的风险管理意识或财务部门缺乏专业的管理人员,使得不能最大限度的发挥医院的社会效益及经济效益。结论:医院需对财务管理工作存在的不足针对性的制定相关解决办法,以提高医院财务管理水平。
Objective: To discuss the problems and countermeasures in the hospital financial management. Methods: To analyze and study the problems existing in the financial management of the hospital and to find out the corresponding solutions and preventive measures in light of the problems that may arise during the work. Results: The hospital financial management is an important work to maintain the normal operation of the hospital. However, the current financial management of the hospital has not received sufficient attention. The unscientific management of the hospital funds, non-standardization, lack of adequate risk management awareness of the financial management staff or lack of financial departments Professional management staff, making it impossible to maximize the hospital’s social and economic benefits. Conclusion: The hospital need to make the relevant solutions to the existing problems of financial management in order to improve the level of hospital financial management.
