中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李岚清在全国财政工作会议上讲话时指出,1999年我国继续实行积极的财政政策是党中央、国务院根据国际和国内经济形势发展变化作出的一项重大决策。全国财政系统广大干部职工一定要认真学习贯彻中央经济工作会议精神,加倍努力工作,深化改革,振兴财政,为国民经济持续、快速、健康发展做贡献。
Li Lanqing, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, pointed out in his speech at the National Financial Work Conference that in 1999 China’s continuing proactive fiscal policy was a major policy decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in light of developments in the international and domestic economic situations. The cadres and workers of the entire financial system must conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, redouble their efforts, deepen reforms, revitalize finance and make contributions to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy.
