目的了解上海市闵行区公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况。方法按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(卫生部2006)和《公共场所空调通风系统运行卫生要求》(上海市地方标准DB31/405-2008)于2010年7、8月对该区4家单位的集中空调通风系统微生物指标进行采样检测。结果抽检的4家公共场所集中空调通风系统送风中细菌总数合格率为26.32%(5/19),真菌总数合格率为63.16%(12/19);风管表面细菌总数合格率为94.74%(18/19),真菌总数合格率为100%(10/19),冷却水的军团菌检出率为100%。结论闵行区公共场所集中空调通风系统存在微生物污染。应加强集中空调通风系统的清洗消毒和卫生监管。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Minhang District, Shanghai. Methods According to “Hygienic Regulations of Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places” (Ministry of Health 2006) and “Hygienic Requirements for Operation and Sanitation of Ventilation System in Public Ventilation and Ventilation System” (Shanghai Local Standard DB31 / 405-2008) in July and August 2010 Home unit centralized air conditioning and ventilation system for microbiological indicators sampling test. Results The qualified rate of airborne bacteria in the air-conditioning and ventilation system was 26.32% (5/19) and the pass rate of total fungi was 63.16% (12/19) in 4 public places. The pass rate of the total number of bacteria on the air duct was 94.74% (18/19), the total pass rate of fungi was 100% (10/19), and the detection rate of Legionella in cooling water was 100%. Conclusion Minhang District, central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places there microbial contamination. Should strengthen the central air-conditioning ventilation system cleaning and disinfection and health supervision.
