应用流式细胞分析技术对29例直肠癌针吸细胞的 DNA 和 RNA 含量进行定量分析。结果:针吸细胞行流式细胞 DNA、RNA 分析的成功率为100%(直肠癌诊断准确率为100%),29例术前针吸组织和手术切除组织的DNA、RNA 含量、S 期细胞比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。提示术前针吸直肠癌组织细胞行 DNA、RNA 含量分析是可行的,可为直肠癌的诊断治疗提供新参数。
Flow cytometric analysis was used to quantitatively analyze the DNA and RNA contents of 29 needle cells from rectal cancer. RESULTS: The success rate of flow cytometric DNA and RNA analysis by needle-aspiration cells was 100% (accuracy rate for rectal cancer was 100%). DNA and RNA content and S-phase cells in 29 pre-operative needle tissues and surgical resection tissues were analyzed. There was no statistical difference (P>0.05). It suggests that preoperative needle aspiration of rectal cancer tissue cells DNA and RNA content analysis is feasible, and can provide new parameters for the diagnosis and treatment of rectal cancer.
