《义务教育英语课程标准》重视和强调学生的全面发展和终身发展,以促进学生自主和谐发展为教学的重要目标。具体到相应的学习任务,有硬性的读写学习任务与软性听说学习任务之分,而如何能更好地进行和落实软性学习任务?如何利用具有目标导向、动机激励和反馈调控等功能的评价手段促进软性学习任务目标的达成?在以培养学生听说能力为侧重点的初级英语教学阶段,不光是观念的更新,评价也要作改革和探索。
