党的十四届三中全会确立了社会主义市场经济体制总目标,我国的社会主义市场经济体制将取代传统的计划经济体制。这就要求同计划经济相适应的职工教育无疑也应转变到与社会主义市场经济相适应的轨道上来。随着改革的深入和市场体系的逐步完善,企业将成为市场竞争的主体。职工教育如何适应激烈的市场竞争,已成为广大职教工作者十分关心的课题。 笔者就这个问题谈一些粗浅的体会,供同行们参考。1 转变观念,使职工教育适应市场竞争的需要
The Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party has established the general objective of the socialist market economic system and China’s socialist market economic system will replace the traditional planned economic system. This requires that the education of staff and workers that is compatible with the planned economy undoubtedly shift to the track compatible with the socialist market economy. With the deepening of reform and the gradual improvement of the market system, enterprises will become the main body of market competition. How to adapt to the fierce market competition of employee education has become a topic that the vocational education workers are very concerned about. I talk about some of the superficial understanding of this issue for colleagues for reference. 1 change the concept of staff education to adapt to the needs of market competition
