提出了煤炭企业发展低碳经济评价指标的构建原则,设计了煤炭企业发展低碳经济的4个投入输入指标和3个输出指标,构建了煤炭企业发展低碳经济的DEA评价模型(具体采用CCR模型),综合分析了评价结果,可全面评价煤炭企业实施低碳经济的有效性和规模性。
Proposed the construction principle of coal enterprise’s development of low-carbon economy evaluation index, designed four inputs and three output indicators for coal enterprise’s development of low-carbon economy, built a DEA evaluation model of coal enterprise’s development of low-carbon economy (CCR Model), a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results can be a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness and scale of coal enterprises to implement low-carbon economy.
