本研究确定了联会复合体(synaptonemal complex,SC)分析可作为一种新的实用的体内生殖细胞试验,测定了很大一部分用其它方法不能测定的化学物引起的染色体损伤。SC_3——减数分裂二价体的轴,是减数分裂前期同源染色体联会在形态上的表现。光学和电子显微镜的SC分析表明,哺乳动物精母细胞和卵母细胞SC的结构改变真实地反映了染色体重排引起的联会的修饰。
This study determined that synaptonemal complex (SC) analysis can be used as a new practical in vivo germ cell assay to determine a significant proportion of chromosomal damage caused by chemicals that can not be determined by other methods. SC_3 - The axis of the meiotic divalent body is the morphological representation of the homologous chromosomes in the pre-meiotic phase. SC analysis by optical and electron microscopy revealed that the structural changes in mammalian spermatocytes and oocytes SC truly reflect the modification of chromosomes caused by chromosomal rearrangements.
