高中班级管理包括多方面的管理内容,德育是其中的一项内容。目前,高中班级管理普遍存在着对德育的重视程度不够等问题,不利于对学生进行有效的德育。先论述高中班级管理中以德育为主的必要性,其次分析目前高中班级管理中德育存在的问题,最后探讨高中班级管理中进行德育的策略。
High school class management includes a wide range of management content, moral education is one of the content. At present, the problems of inadequate attention paid to moral education in senior high school class management generally are not conducive to effective moral education for students. First of all, it discusses the necessity of moral education in high school class management, secondly analyzes the existing problems of moral education in senior high school class management, and finally discusses the strategy of moral education in high school class management.
