【专家简介】黄桂秋(1957-),广西武鸣人,壮族。曾任广西少数民族古籍整理出版规划办公室副主任,现为广西师范学院文学院教授,民族民问文化研究所所长,非物质文化遗产民俗传承研究中心负责人,民俗学、宗教学硕十研究生导师。系中国民问文艺家协会会员,中国少数民族文学学会常务理事,广西民问文艺家协会副主席,广西少数民族语文学会副会长,广西民族文化产业研究会副会长,广西壮学会副秘书长,广西非物质文化遗产项目评审专家组成员等。
