在对铸件流动场数值计算过程进行理论分析的基础上,指出了传统的静态松弛因子不能适应整个流动场计算的要求.提出了动态松弛因子、平均收敛率及总平均收敛率的概念,并给出了合理选取动态松弛因子的标准和方法,实际测试与应用表明该方法可以有效地提高迭代收敛速度,加快铸件流动场的计算处理过程.
Based on the theoretical analysis of numerical calculation of flow field of castings, it is pointed out that the traditional static relaxation factor can not meet the requirements of the whole flow field calculation. The concepts of dynamic relaxation factor, average rate of convergence and total average rate of convergence are presented. The criteria and methods for selecting dynamic relaxation factors are given. The actual tests and applications show that this method can effectively improve the convergence rate and speed up the flow field The calculation process.
