：
门脉高压食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血者,如肝功能尚可,经内科治疗止血,可择期手术,死亡率为9.5%;内科治疗仍出血可行急症手术,如结扎食管、胃底曲张静脉,其死亡率达43.5%。

门脉高压食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血者,如肝功能尚可,经内科治疗止血,可择期手术,死亡率为9.5%;内科治疗仍出血可行急症手术,如结扎食管、胃底曲张静脉,其死亡率达43.5%。如病人有明显腹水,中至重度脑病、营养不良,血清白蛋白<2.5g/L,胆红素>41.3μmol/L,凝血酶原时间明显延长,说明其肝功能极差,不能耐受手术,只能内科治疗。
