I. INTRODUCTION Chemical substances have brought great benefits to human life and brought harm to human health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are about 4 million natural and synthetic chemicals in the environment, of which about 60,000 are used in daily life. Some of these chemicals that people come into contact with on a daily basis have proven to be mutagens. Such substances damage DNA, upset the normal biological structure of the program,
