伏明霞,中国女子跳水运动员,国际级运动健将,湖北武汉人。5岁开始学习体操,7岁改学跳水。1987年入选湖北省跳水队,1988年入选中国跳水队。1990年在美国西雅图举行的友好运动会上,夺得女子10米跳台金牌。1991年在澳大利亚珀斯举行的第6届世界游泳锦标赛上,夺得女子10米跳台自选动作金牌。1992年第25届奥运会上,15岁的伏明霞以461.43分的成绩,夺得女子10米跳台金牌,她作为奥运史上夺冠最年轻的运动员,载入了《吉尼斯世界纪录
Fu Mingxia, Chinese women’s diver, world-class athlete, Wuhan, Hubei Province. 5 years old began to learn gymnastics, 7-year-old school dive. In 1987 selected Hubei diving team, selected in 1988 China diving team. In 1990, held in Seattle, USA friendly games, won the women’s 10-meter platform gold medal. In 1991 in Perth, Australia held the 6th World Swimming Championships, won the women’s 10-meter platform optional gold medal action. At the 25th Olympic Games in 1992, Fu Mingxia, 15, won the women’s 10-meter platform gold medal with a score of 461.43. As the youngest player in the Olympic history, she recorded "Guinness World Records
