焦红辉,1960年出生于辽宁海城,大学毕业,现任海风出版社副社长,副总编。1986年开始从事新闻摄影并发表作品,曾任部队新闻干事,摄影记者。在《解放军报》,《解放军画报》,《解放军文艺》,《大众摄影》。《中国摄影报》等多种报刊,画册上共发表摄影作品600余幅:有30余幅摄影艺术作品在省,全国和国际影展中入选或获奖。1990年加入福建省摄影家协会。1995年加入中国摄影家协会,1996年被评为福建省优秀摄影创作者,1998年当选福建省摄影家协
Jiao Honghui, born in 1960 in Haicheng, Liaoning Province, graduated from the university. Currently, he is the vice president and deputy editor of the Hai Breeze Press. He started to work in press photography and published works in 1986. He used to be the information officer and photojournalist of the army.
