改革开放的30多年,中国经济的长足发展为实现中国梦奠定了坚实的物质基础,某种意义上说,这个基础主要是以规模和总量为标志。新的历史阶段,实现中国梦,更多地要看经济发展的质量和效益,看中国经济能否顺利完成产业升级和结构调整。李克强总理提出打造中国经济升级版,这是实现中国梦的当然主题。
Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s economy has laid a solid material foundation for the realization of the Chinese dream. In a sense, this foundation is marked mainly by the scale and total volume. In the new historical stage, the realization of the Chinese dream will depend more on the quality and effectiveness of economic development and on whether China’s economy can successfully complete industrial upgrading and structural adjustment. Premier Li Keqiang proposed to create an upgraded version of China’s economy, which is the natural theme of realizing the Chinese dream.
