近年来,差等生问题已经成为儿童剧创作常见的题材,但是看了山西省话剧团演出的儿童剧《朱小彬》(卢润泽、刘同兴编剧),仍感到耳目一新。我们常见到对差等生问题的写法,是正面表现持不同教育观点的老师之间的冲突,在舞台上各讲各的道理。《朱小彬》虽然也表现了以沙老师和冯老师为代表的两种教育方法的矛盾,但尽量避开那种枯燥的争论,而赋予人物以鲜明的戏剧行动。如当朱小彬无意中扰乱了学校的迎宾活动,犯了错误时,沙老师认为他不可救药,主张开除他,而冯老师却看到朱小彬身上的优点和可塑性,亲自去家访,并收留他在自己的班上学习;沙老师带给朱小彬的是痛苦、偏见和厌恶,而冯老师却领着同学们给朱小彬带来了生日的礼物和慈母般的爱。
