转氨酶升高常见于各种肝胆疾病,临床上了解转氨酶的动态变化有助于疾病的鉴别诊断。转氨酶正常值:谷丙转氨酶简称GPT为40单位,谷草转氨酶简称GOT为50单位(赖氏法)。化验技术可引起误差,如试剂丙酮酸纯度稍低即可使GPT值升高,在判读结果时,一般应考虑有±10%的技术误差。GPT主要存在于肝细胞内,而在其他组织较少,故对提示肝脏损害有相对特异性。GPT主要存于肝细胞线粒体内,当肝细胞损害严重或坏死时线粒体内的酶才逸出。GPT在肝细胞浆内,轻微的肝细胞损害甚至在胞膜完整的情况下,GPT即逸出。所以,GOT和GPT最好同时测定,对诊断和了解病情更有帮助。
Elevated aminotransferases common in a variety of hepatobiliary diseases, clinically aware of the dynamic changes of transaminases contribute to the differential diagnosis of the disease. Laboratory technology can cause errors, such as low purity pyruvate reagent can make GPT value increased, interpretation of the results, the general should be considered with ± 10% of the technical errors. GPT is mainly present in hepatocytes, but less in other tissues, so it is relatively specific to suggest liver damage. GPT is mainly stored in the mitochondria of liver cells, and mitochondrial enzymes escape when hepatocytes are severely damaged or necrotic. GPT is in the cytoplasm of the liver, with mild damage of the hepatocytes, even when the cell membrane is intact. Therefore, GOT and GPT best measured at the same time, to diagnose and understand the condition more helpful.
