在动物试验的基础上,应用尿道型90Sr/90Y(β)腔内治疗器对125例良性前列腺增生继发下尿路完全性梗阻和下尿路不完全性梗阻患者进行了尿道前列腺腔内照射治疗。结果表明,治愈105例、显效14例、好转2例、无效4例。由动物实验与临床试验证实,增生的前列腺组织经90Sr/90Y(β)腔内治疗器照射后出现萎缩,使尿道前列腺段的梗阻得以解除,下尿路恢复了排尿功能。β腔内照射对于治疗前列腺增生症是一种新的、有效的手段。
On the basis of animal experiments, urethral prostate irradiation was performed in 125 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia secondary to complete urinary tract obstruction and incomplete lower urinary tract obstruction using urethral 90Sr / 90Y (β) treatment. The results showed that 105 cases were cured, 14 cases markedly improved, 2 cases improved and 4 cases ineffective. Animal experiments and clinical trials confirmed that hyperplasia of prostate tissue after 90Sr / 90Y (β) endoluminal treatment showed atrophy, the urethral obstruction of the prostate segment to be lifted, the lower urinary tract to restore urinary function. β intraluminal irradiation for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is a new and effective means.
