学术期刊云出版是继承传统出版优点、克服数字出版不足的学术期刊数字出版新形式。伴随着云出版的飞速发展,一些行为已经或正在损坏国家利益,文章从国家利益视角下探讨了云出版的安全性、版权保护、标准制定等问题,以期为符合中国国家利益的学术期刊云出版战略的形成提供新的视角。
Academic Journal Cloud publishing is a new form of digital publication of academic periodicals that inherits the advantages of traditional publishing and overcomes the problem of digital publishing. Along with the rapid development of cloud publishing, some behaviors have or are damaging to national interests. The article discusses issues such as security, copyright protection and standard setting of cloud publishing from the perspective of national interests so as to publish for academic journals in line with China’s national interests The formation of strategy provides a new perspective.
