电力建设的迅速发展有力地促进了国民经济的发展,但由于种种原因,电力工程的造价上涨很快,影响了电力建设的健康发展。因此,必须高度重视,从决策、设计、实施等各个阶段入手,严格控制电力工程建设的造价。本文针对电网建设项目全过程不同阶段的特点,提出了工程造价控制和管理的手段,重点研究了各个阶段影响电力工程造价的因素,以及工程造价的控制和管理重点。
The rapid development of power construction has effectively promoted the development of the national economy. However, due to various reasons, the cost of power engineering has risen rapidly, affecting the healthy development of power construction. Therefore, we must attach great importance to start from the various stages of decision-making, design, implementation and strictly control the construction cost of power engineering. In this paper, according to the characteristics of different stages of the whole process of power grid construction project, this paper puts forward the means to control and manage the construction cost, and focuses on the factors which affect the construction cost of power project, and the key points of control and management of construction cost.
