目前我国高职院校基本处于发展阶段,资金少、技术弱,许多高职院校未能建立完善、高效、适应的实训基地。有些高职院校虽然建立了实训基地,但适用性却不是很大,与课程教学目标相脱节,投入与产出不成比例,造成了财力、人力、物力不必要的浪费。高职教育的实训资源不足,已成为制约职业教育发展的瓶颈问题。因此,探讨高效、适合课程需要的实训基地建设,对促进高职教育的发展具有积极意义。
At present, the higher vocational colleges in our country are basically at the stage of development with few funds and weak technology. Many higher vocational colleges fail to establish a sound, efficient and adaptable training base. Although some higher vocational colleges have set up practical training bases, their applicability is not very great. They are out of step with the goal of teaching in the curriculum, and the disproportion between input and output leads to unnecessary waste of financial resources, human resources and material resources. The shortage of training resources in higher vocational education has become the bottleneck restricting the development of vocational education. Therefore, it is of positive significance to explore the construction of training base that is efficient and suitable for the needs of the course, and to promote the development of higher vocational education.
